As the director of the production department of a CD Multimedia production company, DuRand Jones oversaw a staff of 24 Flash Animators, Script Writers, Audio Technicians, and Web Developers, producing and shipping over 700 CD-Rom titles.
While working in the production department of the Gannett newspaper in Palm Springs, moving into a management position over a staff of 30, DuRand Jones managed the move to a total digital output of ad compositing using Quark Express and a FileMaker Pro database system that kept track of the advertising production for the 7 day a week newspaper.
